B04490 Masterbatch is made from Decabromodiphenyl Ethane and carrier (EVA/POE/LDPE/ect.).It is designed to eliminate the inhalation of dust and skin contact of powder in producing. The concentration is up to 90% which can replace powder type Decabromodiphenyl Ethane by 1:1.

ProFlame® BT90

BT90 Masterbatch is made from Decabromodiphenyl Ethane, Sb2O3 and carrier (EVA/POE/LDPE/ect.).It is designed to eliminate the inhalation of dust and skin contact of powder in producing.

BT90 Masterbatch can be incorporated to a polymer in conjunction with flame retardant and other additives directly. The anti-impact strength of polymers with this masterbatch is remarkably improved as compared to these of the powder B044 and Sb2O3, which make it applicable in such polymer as PA6, PA66, ABS, PP, PE, PBT, PVC, HIPS,ect.

ProFlame® EFXP843

EFXP843 is mainly designed to provide self extinguishing properties for Polystyrene foams, especially for extruded foamed Polystyrene (XPS). Compared with the traditional HBCD flame retardant masterbatch , it has higher heat-resistance performance, better smoke suppression performance and better flowing property, otherwise, it can improve the foam`s mechanical properties.

ProFlame® EFXP264

EFXP264 is mainly designed to provide self extinguishing properties for Polystyrene foams, especially for extruded foamed Polystyrene (XPS). Compared with the traditional HBCD flame retardant masterbatch , it has higher heat-resistance performance, better smoke suppression performance and better flowing property, otherwise, it can improve the foam`s mechanical properties.
