One plant is established in 2006 located in Xiaxi Road, Linyi County, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China.

The main product include Chlorinated polyethylene（CPE,CM)，Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC Resin）and CPVC Compound.

The other plant is set up in 2015 locaed in JiangGeZhuang Industrial zone,Muping district Yantai city Shandong Provice covered 26,000 land.

The main product include Halogen-Free Flame Retardant. 

The plant have passed "ISO9001:2000 international quality management system" certification & 

"ISO14001:2004 International Environment Management System"certification.
